Weight: Left pad - 1 lb 1.0 oz (453.59 grams) ; right pad - 9.5 ozs (269.32 grams)
Maintenance: The inner liners (velcro'ed to the inside of the pad) can be removed and washed in the laundry machine. The outer pads can be washed; and, mine need washing.
Miscellaneous:
 - Very easy to run between the wickets. I normally stand up straight and feel no pressure on my knees which I used to feel with old fashioned pads.
 - Makes foot work easy; I can basically walk back and forth or cross over my legs without any issue.
 - Protection is excellent. I have taken hits to my leg guards from Bola balls delivered at high speeds and I haven't felt any discomfort. I felt getting hit by a ball but did not feel pain.
 - This is atleast a 5 year old model. The newer pads have thicker straps. I have played some longs innings with these pads but can't say I have had any issues with the straps. I hardly ever notice wearing these pads.
 - Aero makes complimentary "strippers" for the leg guards. If you miss balls or have a habit of edging deliveries to your thighs, you must wear those strippers. I don't use them because I prefer flexibility over protection but it is risky.  This season, I edged two in-swingers and have bruises on my right or inner thigh ( I bat right handed) - one ball missed my knee cap by inches.
 - Overall, a great but extremely under-appreciated product by the cricket world. The biggest criticism against these pads is that they look different. Compared to these Moonwalkers look downright ugly!
 - They are available in colors as well; next pair I buy will be a colored pair.

Bat is there for length reference. It is the Warner replica. I think by now everyone here knows about that bat.

I had a pair when they first came out (version before this with no writing on)

They were awesome light and great to bat in

Only genuine problem I had was as there was no knee roll I was being given out LBW more as umpires were confused with height. Genuine reason as I asked some of the league umpires

I have 2 pairs of Aero pads. P2 Medium - which were far too small for me (I'm oly 167cm tall) and P1 Large - which are a good fit.

Batted on the weekend with the P1's - while using a Mongoose mmi......

Most comfortable pads I have ever owned because you don't realise you are even wearing them. Also because they wrap right around your legs they don't twist as you run so no need to constantly adjust them after running between wickets.

Because they wrap right around your legs they provide protection that other pads don't. I got smashed in the calf pretty badly recently and needed to protect that area.

There are 3 downsides to the P1's
1. They look different and will forever be associated with Chris Martin
2. If you get hit low down near the ankle where there is no backup padding it fing kills. Which is the reason I stopped using them in the first place.
3. If you don't own strippers it might take a while to find a thigh paad combo that sits properly with them.

I own two pairs, a bottle colour and a red colour. I wear them due to damage to my calves and need the protection otherwise I would not. Protection is awesome but I stand out like a sore thumb in the nets and I'm already crap enough, I don't need the extra attention. Ugly as sin.

They look unconventional but their utility far outweighs any comments from the peanut gallery. I tell you something though, I am a better batsman because of these pads - the footwork becomes so easy that my technique improved rapidly.

I'm not disagreeing with you at all. They are light, they are not as cumbersome as traditional pads. I still feel like a moron in them.... thankfully most of the comments directed at me are in a language I do not understand.
