Having only 3 weeks left of the season and end of season sales hopefully coming soon I've started thinking what kit will need replacing/stuff i want that don't really need and the list is as follows:

Bats: got 3 - h4l, newbery, ss master (recently traded my adidas for this will post pics when i get the time) - wont be adding to this unless something special comes up
Pads: Got 2 pairs - wont be adding to this
Gloves: Will be getting another pair of split finger pittards for nets
Body protection: Will be getting another pair of strippers (or similar)
helmet: need new helmet but mine is like new even though its old, if i can sell it then a new helmet will be bought deliberating between shrey and masuri (possibly get my club badge on it too)
Footwear: need new spikes possibly looking at getting trainers spiked as i like a half spike or get this years adidas cheap around the 2017 release
Others: stock up on grips and other bits and bobs as and when but might put a bulk order in during sales!! And i need a new bag as i have gone from 1 completre set to multiples, will be keeping my duffle for nets but a wheelie bag for matches will be nice.

i have no doubt this will all change as next years ranges are released but im determined to stick to this as i got forum-ed with kit acquisition this season

im hoping im not the only one with a plan that will probably go out of the window!!!!

On the list next year is the following:

B&S Softs
Keeping Gloves
New Strippers
Masuri or Shrey Helmet

Just couldn't justify replacing gear so close to the end of the season.

i reckon the only thing i'll add to my kit is some new thigh pads, tempted by some strettons or remfrys

I'd say I won't get much, but already planning the following;

- At least 1 bat, in discussions with John @ Red Ink atm...
- Gloves, 2/3 pairs usually
- Pads, I did pick up the GN Oblivion Test pads from SD but they're a tad on the small side for me
- Probably a new thigh pad set up, current one is getting a bit tatty

And similar to @WalkingWicket37, I'll once again be on the lookout for a new club (it'll be the 4th in 4 seasons now, hopefully this will be the actual final relocation though) - moving to the Bradford-on-Avon/Trowbridge area if any CBF members are nearby/have suggestions of who to look into!

I'm pretty happy with my kit but (there's always a but...):
 - Bats - Custom Hunts County from Jake has been a revelation. Could be tempted with another.
 - Pads - GN Legends I had for this season are incredible. Staying with these.
 - Gloves - Always keep them in rotation so the Prestige gloves will become the backup pair to the Adidas Elite ones I won from AOC.
 - Bag - This will be new, Mongoose duffle does the job but is falling apart. Eager to see the new GN duffles!
 - Spikes - Buy a new pair every season but the Adidas Vectors I had this year are holding up well. Will see what is released.
 - Helmet - Have a Masuri VS Elite but the fit isn't comfortable with my 'in-between' head size. Can cope with but may replace.
 - Protection - Strettons were bought this year and should last another decade or so.

Bats - Something from the new GN range (Can't say which one yet until the embargo is lifted ;-)
           - GN Select this season has been class after slight initial problem with the shoulder needing repair.  Will send it for a refurb and repair to slight toe damage incurred recently.

Pads - First season with the Prestige and won't be changing. One of the best pads I've used, great protection, quality and comfort.

Gloves - Again something from GN 2017 to replace the fantastic Omega's which have done nearly 2 seasons now.

Bag - Prestige, still going strong.  Still can't be swayed by a duffle for match days....yet.

Shoes - Might look at New Balance 2017, but my CK 10 Minimus White are still going strong.

I dont like the super short handle, but on sat I took a quick full toss to the splice and it seems a tad more flexible. Will see how much this

I'm sorry. But statements like this make you a prime candidate for a ban. 

Looking forward to the end of season sales. Think enjoy CBF more over the winter with all the new reviews than during the season!
