I wasn't going to but got a 50plus, probably won't use it but they won't be around for long. I have a bat made by Stu at GN to Kane williams specs arriving hopefully tomorrow as well.

From memory Williamson still uses an Omega ...will your bat be wildly different to off the shelf versions ? Also , how might one go about getting a Stuart Kransbuhler custom made bat ? Is it as simple as just contacting g.n australia directly ?

@Biggie Smalls I think you can contact GN directly, although it's now also possible to get it ordered via GCCC.

Waiting for @sarg 's wish list!

You need to go through a retailer, luckily I know a good one.  Will throw a pic up when it arrives.

Bats: like most people who have more than one, I don't need more, but since when was it ever about need. Bats I would like to get before next season; xp80 (though unlikely), Custom made gray Nicolls uk through vitas, B&S supreme, chase volante, another Bradbury if it can be directly from them. Probably something in a sale a GM or Salix I would guess, as I have never tried either. Other bats on the long term wish list that of course may end up being this winter, Hawk, Warsop, Grove, CA, probably others that don't come to mind.
Softs: only possibility would be a pair of ultra light Morrants as I foolishly gave away my last pair and regret it.
Helmet: may come into question my Masuri's tightening mechanism is broken so if it can't be fixed will need replacing
Shoes: spike are fine but could do with some indoor shoes.
Whites: probably try the Addidas trousers
And that's probably about it.

Don't know if it's me being a short (No Swearing Please), but I found the Adidas whites come up massive; I've got Youths and I'm 5ft 9..! So not the tallest, but had to even turn the youths up to make them fit.

regarding whites, ive never had a pair that fitted out of the pack and at 6ft im hardly short, not sure why they make them so long tbh

That's not exactly what I meant I was in agreement that the sizing is odd being 6ft + you'd think turning trousers up wouldn't be an issue yet it is for most makes of whites

I think the point is they can be shortened and not lengthened so easier alto make one really long size to be shortened than lots of sizes to accomodate all heights.

Update. Sold my GM Paragon 909 SD purchase to a teammate. Purchased and sold the BDM. Purchased and selling the Laver. Then there was another bat that has sorted itself out.

Sooo.....Opened with my B3 for the first time in anger after about 5 nets and it was so good, Ive messaged Streaky for a 2 Stripe LH SB big bat. Unsure if I go Pepsi, Mulinator, Warner. All depends on cleft availability, density and finish weight. Hopefully something on file that allows me the custom option So I'm digging deep into the CBF B3 postS for options.

I'm with you on that mate. I'm the same height as you and got a Medium, they're bloody huge!

Can any of the sponsors tell us if there's anything completely new on the market?

I literally have all the gear. And I'm not OK with that.

Having only 3 weeks left of the season and end of season sales hopefully coming soon I've started thinking what kit will need replacing/stuff i want that don't really need and the list is as follows:

Bats: got 3 - h4l, newbery, ss master (recently traded my adidas for this will post pics when i get the time) - wont be adding to this unless something special comes up
Pads: Got 2 pairs - wont be adding to this
Gloves: Will be getting another pair of split finger pittards for nets
Body protection: Will be getting another pair of strippers (or similar)
helmet: need new helmet but mine is like new even though its old, if i can sell it then a new helmet will be bought deliberating between shrey and masuri (possibly get my club badge on it too)
Footwear: need new spikes possibly looking at getting trainers spiked as i like a half spike or get this years adidas cheap around the 2017 release
Others: stock up on grips and other bits and bobs as and when but might put a bulk order in during sales!! And i need a new bag as i have gone from 1 completre set to multiples, will be keeping my duffle for nets but a wheelie bag for matches will be nice.

i have no doubt this will all change as next years ranges are released but im determined to stick to this as i got forum-ed with kit acquisition this season

im hoping im not the only one with a plan that will probably go out of the window!!!!

Gloves now sorted, just another set of strippers, helmet and have a bag lined up so my 2017 is coming together nicely :) just spikes that I desperately need really now
