I have met all kent, sussex and yorkshire players from last season. Especially good mates with Corey Collymore who played for sussex. In the end we rented a car of him and his wife on holiday in Barbados. Rob Key who made me run around after him and get fags in the championship game at scarborough last year

when the windies played in a tour game at taunton, the game was stopped for rain and chris gayle told me to go up the road to morrissons to buy him some playing cards and batteries! he gave me a �20 note and asked me if it was enough!

shaun tait is our club pro i asked him to bowl to me and he said he didn't want to break me, but he said he will give me a few overs soon.

had a training session with Heath Streak, Brian Lara, Danny morrison, craig mcmillan, geraint jones and martin crowe. Had a bowl at the NZ sixes team, (Nathan Astle, Paul Hitchcock Nathan McCullum Danny Morrison Tim Southee Craig Spearman Steve Wilkins Martin Crowe)

had photos and autographs with Stephen Fleming Tyron Henderson Mathew Hoggard and Justin Langer

all of that at the HK sixes.

and last year met vaughn, pieterson, collingwood and flintoff at headingley while they were training (couldn't do any net bowling tho

)

Fortunate enough to meet a few players from the Indian and Pakistan team :
Wasim Akram,Waqar Younis,Imran Khan,Ijaz Ahmed,Dravid and Kapil Dev,must say the chaps where very down to earth too!

lucky enough to have met brett lee when he was at bradman oval doing a 'great outdoors' segment, absolute top bloke... and i kept up to the stumps to him...

he was bowling medos/leggies

also have played with steve rixon, geoff 'henry' lawson and have spoken to dennis lillee, stuey macgill, warnie (i asked him what it was like to get out for 99) and phil jaques, he's another top guy, really friendly, answered all my questions, i hope he one day gets the chance to play for australia again cause he really deserves it

ive been lucky enough to be coached by Owais Shah, and have spent 10 days under the managment of David Nash on a cricket tour he was the coach,

and have seen Dawid Malan picking out some bats and him and neil Dexter working on the bowling machine, in the indoor middlesex acdemy

I met a few England players in 2006 at the Rose Bowl when England played Pakistan, think I met KP, Tresco, Bell, Colly, Yardy, Rikki Clarke...met John Crawley on a different occasion, and a few other Hants boys, and know Robin Smith as I went to school with his daughter! Met Shaun Udal along the line somewhere too but can't quite remember where. Haven't been to many matches as I'd like to have though

I went to world cup 3 or 2 years ago and met all the teams and got all the signatures

england,south africa,australia,ireland!,bangladesh,west indies includin BRian LAra who nearly threw me his glasssesn sarwan nearly ave me his hat

and Sri Lanka but India werent there

m home team,

But it was amazin!!!

He was a nice guy

and he said i aint got two pairs about his glasses i was gutted1 it was his seecond last match aswell

Met Rahul Dravid and Alex Tait, both at the Mumbai airport on different occassions. Dravid was on my flight from Bangalore to Mumbai a few days before the squad was leaving for a tour of South Africa(this was a few years ago). Said "good luck with the tour", he said thanks and we lost the series as usual back then.

Met Alex Tait and didnt know who he was. He was named as a replacement for an injured Kiwi player. The rest of the squad was already in India. Only realized who he was when I saw his pic in the papers the next day haha.

Also played and have been coached by Dunu Eliaba (most of you might not know him) but he played first class cricket in NZ and plays/played international cricket for the Cook Islands. He played in their World Cup qualifiers in 2007/08.

Bit of a tangent but have played cricket with some professional footballers - Steve Ogrizovic (Cov City) and Stewart Robson (Arsenal) at Cov & North Warwicks in my younger days and have never met a more committed player than Oggy - blooming useful bowler too. Both top chaps!
