I had purchased the masuri vision series elite a few months back. And I must say it's pretty good.  It's definitely the best helmet out there with the best protection.  I have also started using the stem guards. They are pretty non obtrusive too.
The helmet is a bit heavier than the other ones out there but you get used to it pretty quick.  And the twin grille is not at all noticeable.  Also the fit is very good because of the rotary adjustable wheel at the back.

I didn't use a helmet till a couple of years back when I was hit in the forehead trying to hook a fast bowler. Luckily it didn't smash my face/eyes/nose - after that I have never batted without a helmet even in practice.  Initially used GN predator helmet & then the Airtek one. The gn predator in fact was the most comfortable to wear. But I have come to a decision wherein I will just buy the safest helmet out there as and when they come aling.

In that the masuri vision elite currently I think has the best protection. But it's good there is competition - forces companies to innovate & bring out better products . Because I believe there is still a lot of scope for improvement.

When this was launched - I had to have it shipped from UK to the US. And thanks vitas cricket for it ! They shipped it pretty fast and their customer service was amazing!  In short if money is not an issue- the masuri eliye is the best helmet until something better comes up which will surely come !
