I would put the complete list but STILL waiting on a few people to pay!
Do I name and shame or do we simply close the event if someone hasn't either paid up or made arrangement to pay by Friday?

By the way - apologies if I sound stroppy. I am not....honestly!  :D
I just need to ensure that we avoid things changing at the last minute as everything needs to be booked and organised in advance, so that I can sit back on the day and eat samosas and brownies   ;)

@petehosk  - you don't sound stroppy mate, you've put a load of effort in to organise this, so I think it's totally fair to have a cut off point of Friday for people to have paid you or contacted you about it.

Can't have any old 'Johnny Big Potatoes' turning up if they like it. This is an exclusive event for all the big forum stars (with apologies to @uknsaunders  and @procricket) - that would be a tall order (sh*t, there I go again! :))

dont know if its a good or bad thing that I get paid mid-way through the month & people are bringing kit to potentially sell.
