East Anglia winter nets
« on: September 20, 2016, 08:32:24 PM »

I failed miserably last year to organise a net, so trying again!

I currently work near Bury St Edmunds, people of Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeahire, do you fancy a net either midweek or at weekends?

I'm already missing cricket and it's only bloody September!

I live in Ely during the holidays so can fit one in during half term, Hills Road in Cambridge always a good one to use!

I work away during the week now so can only do weekends, Saturday is rugby so it'd be Sunday.
But Cambridge is the best bet for it all, as they have a couple of indoor facilities

I live and work in Mildenhall so would be available for a net around Suffolk or Cambridge. Would be happy to fit around other people's schedules. I'm sure I could round up a couple of other netters as well.

I'm in, I'll be coming from Essex. I'm not so flexible around dates due to my son's football and wife's horse riding comps. Sat or Sunday afternoons are easiest , can't do weekend Oct 15t, but other dates are free at the moment.

I'd be keen to come along - fairly flexible with regards to dates but weekends would be better as i'm about an hour from Cambridge.

OK this is looking promising. Having a look around, Culford school is just north Bury and seems to offer indoor nets. Anyone had an experience there?

I will find out some available dates and prices.

Played Rugby against Culford school when i was younger, good school and facilities in general so i imagine the nets will be fine for us willow nerds to bowl some lobs to each other.

About 40 miles from me, i'd be up for it, would prefer weekends.
