Kranzbuhler Made
« on: October 08, 2016, 11:40:20 PM »

I seen 2 Kranzbuhler made bats at our game yesterday... 1 was a custom X which was out of his own collection and the other was a David Warner profile.... The DW was absolutely massive...(way bigger than my B3 Pepsi) It weighed 2lb11oz, picked up at absolute dream and omfg the ping with a mallet was insane... Neither were "attractive" willow at all... quite a few blemishes on both

Our captain is the owner of these two beauties so over the next couple of weeks I will get pics of these bats.... I believe he also has a 50+ coming as well as an XP80 so I will update as they come... Sorry for no pics but they will come.

What he is doing with those big clefts nobody else can replicate - pressed to perfection, huge bow, great balance, and amazing ping! His bats open up quickly. I have my eye on an XP-80 but the toe looks too thin and I already have a bunch of feathered toe bats.

I would urge kook and duke cricket ball manufactures to start making a ball that meets the ICC's size and weight regulation  but instil such a technique where the rebound quality of the ball is decreased by 80%. So no matter it's 50 mm or DW or X80 or laminate, the ball won't travel for a six unless the batsman has muscles like Ronnie Coleman and timinig like Sachin Tendulkar.

Balls just like bats are made from natural products, with lots of potential variation. If measuring the performance of a ball is even possible, it would be impossible to standardise it in my opinion.

With this "killer clown" craze I'll disagree with you on that one!  ;)

I like how you've taken the time to respond, but my post was a joke...  :D

To be fair you can't underestimate the designs Mr Kranzbuhler comes up in terms of how the rest of the field play.

I have studied many designs and witnessed new ones or intend new ones the guy is a game changing and a leader in his field of design

So what happened? The captain dropped you from the team?
You were supposed to get pictures of his bats.
