GM pro issue pads

Is it possible to get hold of the minimalist pro issue top of the range GM pads direct from GM or are they only available to the pros?

Not easily, however the 2017 ole pads look very similar to the pro pads.
No idea if the protection/weight is the same.

Looking for some as seen on Ben ducketts twitter the plain gloves and pads look absolutely quality https://mobile.twitter.com/BenDuckett1/status/783647313017176064/photo/1 maybe Edward Lowry could help in my quest?!
