Club Coaching Opportunity
« on: October 17, 2016, 10:28:16 AM »

Morning all.

Just to highlight a Coaching opportunity, at my club - Long Melford CC, Suffolk. Please see the ad on the Suffolk Cricket website, link below. We're a good club, with excellent facilities, looking for a qualified coach for next season and possibly beyond. Preferably ECB Level 3. Enquiries to the club chairman, details in the advert.

Long Melford is a fantastic club and has an excellent relationship with our club (Mildenhall). This would be a brilliant opportunity for anyone serious about coaching. A wonderful and friendly club and one of my favorite batting tracks. Good luck with your search  :)

Thanks JT, kind of you to say so. I love our track, but I think I'd score more runs every season if I could play 10 games a year on yours! Is the young lad still preparing it? I had a chat with him when we played up at yours in May. He's doing a great job.

He did a great job with the tracks this year. The main pitch at the club has returned to the road it was in the early 1990's. Hopefully the young lad (Tom) won't be too daunted when he prepares club for the premier league next year. Hopefully the earlier start times won't affect his pitch preparations!
