the review system should not be there if they dont have all the tools e.g hot spot and snicko

Havent seen the highlights yet,
but it just seems stupid as to how some countries dont have hot spot/snicko. If we're going to have it in international cricket, then every country should have it. You cant be given out in a certain situation in one country and then not out in another.

there was a big fat snick everyone could hear it, and the only thing it could have been was bat, and somehow the 3rd umpire didnt hear anything :S
