Reached out to james 2 weeks back asking him to make a replica of my old bat which i have been using it since few years. James is spot on making the replica . Here are the specs

weight :2.9
grains : 11
shape: full profile mid-low sweetspot
edge: 38mm

Lovely looking bat that. Heartwood in the right place and everything!  :)
It may be 2lb9 now, but being a laver it'll be 3lb by Christmas!

To be fair to Laver I've had mine 7 weeks I think now and it hasn't gained anything.....

Just a shame it came 1/1.5oz too heavy to start with!

Wasnt there talk about laver sorting out their drying process so bats shouldnt gain so much weight now, if at all?

Also that is a lovely bit of timber!

They have changed the drying process which eliminates weight gain of the bats. My recent Lavers have not gained any weight.

Bought my LW reserve in Apr this year, it hasnt gained any weight. I'm in PHX, AZ. Weather probably plays an important role.Phoenix is dry with very low humidity %.
