Im stood more upright on delivery, got a higher back lift, appear to be timing the ball better, hitting it harder and not falling over to off as much, i just need to groove that now.

Not picked up a bat in over 3 months, I know I'll put it on massive away swing at a decent lick and not tell Redders!!
