1: A Cook
2: D Warner
3: K Williamson*
4: J Root
5: S Smith
6: B Stokes
7: J Bairstow+
8: R Ashwin
9: M Starc
10: S Broad
11: J Anderson

Hard leaving out Steyn, AB and Kohli in particular! I was only going to pick one of Broad and Anderson but I'm English and I think they bowl so well together I'd shoehorn them both in there :D

1 Cook
2 Warner
3 Williamson
4 Root
5 De Villiers
6 Stokes
7 De Kock
8 Shah
9 Rabada
10 Anderson
11 Boult

Serious tail, but shouldn't be a big problem with that top 7. Steyn would make it in but for the fact he can't get through a test match even when fit atm. Broad 12th man.

I've edited a couple of times between Herath and Shah. Can't grumble at over 350 test wickets!

Didn't realise Williamson was an opener all of a sudden. Then again with Guptil, he's usually in within the first over anyway
