Just thought i would post this GM Travis Head bat, it was pre-ordered by a customer so it is already on the way out to them, but i did take some quick snaps for the forum so you can see a 2017 Player Edition, highly impressive in my opinion.

Tweaked from the Shane Watson Flare shape apparently. Sorry about the images i quickly took them on a very busy day.

Travis Head is a special player. Watched his innings today...His bat was delaminated ...and i think he was trying too hard today to hit every single ball out of the park. I guess that maturity will come with experience but he is a great find for Australia. Someone like Quinton de kock or may be even better.

Did i miss something? I don't think this was ever advertised as the Trott Icon profile. The Travis Head profile is a variant of the Shane Watson Flare profile, which was a very popular player edition profile when it was available.

Oh I thought I saw somewhere that the Travis Head was the same as the 1271 shape, I think it was in the Trott returns to GM thread

From an aesthetic/anal retentive point of view, that laser engraved signature looks a bit close to the stickers though.

Yes sorry I've seen a post mentioning 1271 and Shane Watson Flare profiles in the same sentence. I've replied saying Travis head is the same profile, I was referring to the Shane Watson part of the sentence
