So I am in the market for a cricket shoe, I've had Adidas for last 2/3 years, both my foot has gone through the end. Prior I had puma, but studs ripped out.

I'll be batting around 5, field in at 1st slip and might get a chance to roll my arm over!

Currently have a pair of Nike which I bought on eBay as addidas broke. 2nd hand so there not ideal.

I would like to know what your shoe is and what's the best. Money is not really an object but I don't want to but every pair!

Looking for a batting and fielding pair, but not Adidas, puma or kookaburra.

In terms of comfort nothing compares to Asics. They without any doubt make the most comfortable shoes around.

My Adidas Vectors are amazing! Used for one season and i'd say they are better than my Asics Gel Gully 4s i had previously...

Currently using both NB AV4040 and Asics Speed menace.Both are fantastic shoes in terms of durability and support but i will give a little higher marks to Asics when it comes to comfort.

I've got asics advance 6's which are a great boot had previous models before them. Wasn't blown away by the SL22's that I had in the blue colour but the boosts I got are mega comfy as I tend to get the job of long off to long off quite often which means a fair bit of ground being covered.

Asics for comfort, I suffer with heel pain and these were the only brand that stopped the pain but I've always found them quite heavy. Now using Adidas to bat in and the Asics to field in

I went back to my Asics gel gully shoes last season which are now 4/5 seasons old much better then Adidas

Having said that I have been using spiked Nike trainers for about 4 summers

Spiked trainers or Asics. Simple, nothing even comes close to Asics
