Been watching the WBBL in Aus, and saw Deandre Dottin hit an absolutely huge homer https://youtu.be/un8SHOXRjNU?t=5m42s and found out she's using one of these http://www.ulyssescricket.com.au/apps/webstore/ and was wondering if anyone on here had come across them before??

I follow them on instagram and remember one of the older guys at the village club using the original ones back in the nineties, no idea what there now like I just loved the retro stickers on them.

Sir Viv used them during his season with Glammy, iirc.

Will be my next bat. Ulysses are based in Perth, whether that means the bats are made in Australia or not I'm not sure, certainly from their website it would seem so. They looks really nice bats. A mate of a teammate at my club has his own cricket business and had a few Ulysses bats for sale and they are top quality indeed. He also had a brand called Hitman cricket, which were surprisingly good given I'd never heard of them before. Big, big bats but picked up very well, all made from low density willow. Apparently a couple were Sangakkara/Kohli rejects but I don't know whether to believe him or not, but they were good sticks.

Ulysses gear looks amazing. Not cheap.

There are some small Aussie brands putting out some incredible product at the moment. Big low density bats.

Icon, Focus, MAD cricket, JPGavan, Ulysses. I also love seeing local Willow Blue batmakers having a go and producing some nice bats.

The bats are made in India, but they look quality. I have spoken directly to the Indian supplier when organizing prices, samples etc for my bats.

I really like their old stickers, new ones are very generic. Old ones were awesome. The have sponsored Dottin for a few years now.

If you look at their sites they have some crazy prices though. $1800 AUS for their top of the range bat.
