Some of the umpiring has been dodgy to say the least. Mccullum and Klinger smashing hooks to the keeper and not going,  KP lbw the other night and Hilfy hat trick ball were plumb. Add to that watto only being given out when he started to walk and then turned around,  and some work needs to be done on the umpiring front. That said,  plenty of dodgy decisions in the English first class game as well!

No wonder Perera has been booted out of the Sri Lankan team lol, absolute pie chucker.

Can't believe NZ tried to get him to switch countries play for them a few years back.

Like Pollard,  teams have worked him out  and just bowl half way down the wicket when he bats. His bowling has always been pies. I was talking to a strikers fan in adelaide (funny that) and a lot of them aren't happy with Pollard this year. He dropped a sitter when I was there and looked sluggish in the field at the stars game.

I think Pollard and Russell both looked overweight and only marginally interested this year.

Russell's probably preoccupied with wondering how long his doping ban will be.

Don't think either are bothered given they play every t20 tournament in the world. No team will turn them down and they're making a decent living from it.

Playing all of that t20 means they couldn't care less if their side wins or not

Kinger gone for 3, Marsh gone for 8. Bell and Bancroft both gone for nough!
Scorchers 15 for 4 with Beer bowled 3 overs and has only gone for 5 runs with 2 wickets to his name!
This could be a short match!  :(

If they were offered 140 from here, they would take their hands off!
That was the lowest start to a BBL ever (13 for 4)
