Pause it on 1.19 and it's pretty bent arm, but as has been said, no one wants to question it, as nothing gets done.
It's chucking
Flower it up, change the rules/laws whatever, it's still a throw
The bowler is cheating, and he's been picked up for it, if you can't turn a ball without throwing it, get off the pitch and go and try baseball or something.

@Northern monkey can't find Leach bowling at 1:15 in any of the videos?

I've just been through a couple of deliveries and Leach looks absolutely fine to me. Van De Merwe though...

Good to see Leach come out with a reaction about not being selected. Good on him!

I paused it a c#ck hair before that, and it was bent, looking at that it's fine, I suppose that's why it's not been reported earlier?

Yeah that's the point it has a bend then straightens,
would be ok if he bowls with the kink all the way through until ball release.

Apparently leach's results showed he had a 30 degree Flex, that's nearly double the allowance!

That's the spot number4
Shows how it's basically a throw ,
Played against two this year bowling a lot worse than that , and it's amazing how hard it is to pick the ball up out of the hand.
And one of the lads,(who's nicknamed chucker by his teammates !) has a letter from lords saying his Bowlings legal?
I have pictures that show his arm at nearly 45 degrees on release, but our league doesn't care

six and out

we have a couple in our league that it is so obvious it is ridiculous - but at club level it will never get called - our umpire (who is a neutral panel umpire as well) threatened to call a couple of the guys and now they just don't bowl from his end when they play with him umpiring.

one of the guys is a LAO spinner like Leach and just runs and basically throws it as if you would do playing changing room cricket  :( :(

the league just don't want to get embroiled in a massive row etc.....

Yeah the spinner in our league, sorta got worse as he went on!
After a few overs, his quicker one, was him stopping in his run up and just throwing it!
The umpires haven't got a clue
