How is the pick up of your chrome signature bat? It looks pretty good to me but was wondering how is the pick up on chrome.

So grabbed another New Balance bat last week, this time the TC560 for 2017. Picked this up from Mr Cricket which is on,y about 15mins from one of my offices so could be bad news.

I finished last season using a DC580 and it went very well for me scoring over 200runs in its two knocks to date. Now this is in my opinion in the big bat catagory. This has 43mm edge, little concaving, flat face and weight is 2.92 with ripple grip and scuff added. The ripple will be replaced with a single white GM control grip when I pick some more up. Also tend to be decent looking bats and really don't see with the NB range why you would buy 1260 range etc as performance and looks on both my entry level bats is excellent in my view.
Personally very very impressed with how NB bats perform from the off, the DC is a cannon and this has some pingy rebound and it's not been knocked in etc st all. Personally feel they are streets ahead of my GM and GN bats that have had a couple of hours prep work so far and on par with my Vyper (hunts bat)
Love the handle on both my NB bats, having a subtle oval handle and quite thin which I prefer. Will post full NB kit when I can but here is the new bat addition to my 2017 kit

My New Balance DC weight is 2.11

@SOULMAN1012  - do you photograph all your new bats in a 1980's nuclear bunker, or is that what your front room looks like?

@SOULMAN1012 43 mm edges with 2.9 weight is outstanding. :o How is the pickup and ping of this bat?

I agree with your comments about why would one buy 1260 range bat. I have  580+ from last year and it is just amazing.

Haha that's the "all,it delivered and stored at work in old unused top floor" space. My own little kit room and can tap up smash balls into foam filled bags all day and no one ever goes there

It's light at 2.9 and a high middle so pick up is very good. As I said ping wise it's superb from the off

Never seen a flat faced NB here in India.
All FC Sondhi bats are super round faces.
Great measurements though !!

The DC has a round face for sure, if the TC isn't a flat the camber must be so
Minimal you may as well call it a flat face

So this is my third bundle of kit and slowly becoming my favourite at the moment.

Bats
Gray Nicollls Ulitimate, U.K made 2.9 sourced from Jake 40mm edge, slight duckbill profile and certainly different to the GN Ultimate models I saw in my local shop the other day.
Gray Nicolls Powerbow Strauss - 2.7 again and a stunning bat, ping is just unreal and so is the grains, what a top end GN should look like but unfortunately not what current top ends from GN seem to look like now

Softs
Oblivion Test pads - brand new SD £25 bargain in the last crazy SD sale
F18 600, oblivion e41 1000, and GN select gloves. Personally think GN softs have the best fit

GN Duffle bag, single large compartment, paddd bat pocket and small zipped
