Trying to contact OnlineStockist.com
« on: January 13, 2017, 03:22:26 PM »

Hi Guys,

I am trying to buy some bats for my team and found onlinestockist with very low prices. I searched some of the threads and realized onlinestockist is a popular name in this forum. So the thing is I emailed him about my requirements to both his emails and on facebook as well, but No reply from him. Its been 2 days so I am looking alternate ways to contact him. Does anyone have their phone number or any other email id ? Appreciate your help .

Thanks.

I e-mailed Ajit on Tuesday and had a reply on Wednesday.. They are extremely busy (always TBH).. so I find that if you are exact in what you want, you will get a reply within 48 hours..

The other way is to place your order then e-mail him the order number and start dialogue as to what specifically you want...

I would say that with EVERY organisation things can go wrong  but in my experience Online stockist has always come through in the end and has been worth the occasional wait for a delivery or reply. ☺☺

Agree'd had a friend who had his delivery sent to someone else (who received my friend's order)... OLS refunded 50% and the 2 customers sorted postage between themselves.

I think right now it's a busy season for them. Ajit usually reply back within few days. I spoke to him few months ago and he mentioned how under staff they really are. If you don't hear anything by Monday morning, email him again. It took him a week to get back to me and it was June of 2016.

He's replied within 24 hours so no issues. Stock levels on some things are low but a bunch of free stuff makes up for that :)

Hi Tate035,

I emailed him with the details of the exact product I wanted from their website. This is my first time so little anxious. I would wait for couple more days and send an email again because the prices are too good to pass.

Absolutely. I'd see it as a good thing that he's so busy he can't reply right away.

From what I've heard, thy are a bit hit or miss on bats, but great on softs. So I'd be willing to wait.

Who was it that got a SB Super LH instead of a LB SH? That was quite funny!

I can't place an order ahead because I want to place a bulk order for my team and looking for some discount. The cricket season will start from march in US. I want to give him enough time for delivery so trying to talk to him as soon as possible. Do you have his phone number or any other email than the ones mentioned in their website?

Maybe if they're still not answering it's better to look elsewhere?

Sorry I don't personally know any numbers for him. I have always within 5 days got an answer (usually within 48hours) and when I did have a problem I personally got a quick resolution to the problem..

Despite what some on here my say I have found them to give a better service than Virgin Media, M&S, Vodafone,  Bentley and the England test team..
