Just going to prove what I'd been told about @thedoctor and the guys going above and beyond the call is this little discovery. Here I was, deciding it was time to wrestle with my grip to put some gripgrip on, only to find that some has already been applied at the factory!

Nice touch guys! Having worked in customer service roles since I was 20, I know that it's usually the little things that people notice. Seriously impressed.
