I'm hoping to tap into the collective CBF wisdom, can anyone recommend a good supplier of covers?

What do you think the cheapest covers could be done for?

In terms of DIY or through a proper source?

The ECB has a small grant scheme that runs that we applied for to purchase our 2nd set so it only cost the club £1k as the grant covered the other £4.5.

Biggest cost will be PVC covers I'd imagine but actual metalwork might stack up as well depending upon cost of raw materials if you can handle labour/fabrication side of things.

I've seen Apex shaped version before using corigsted metal sheets but they weigh a ton to move which is half of the battle as last thing u need is trying to get 4 people up the ground to move a 3 sets of covers one at a time.

The inflatable wheels were rubbish as accessing them to inflate was a nightmare. I ended up swapping them for solid ones in the end and it seems they realised ''tis too as the most recent set we have use the same version.

If I remember correct, all the wheels on the Stuart Canvas covers have Solid tires. Your so right the old inflatable tires were a nightmare, the weight of the covers (especially the old corrugated covers) would push the air out of them, I was forever replacing them
