Hameed and Jennings untested
Cook, root and bairstow potentially can handle it (although bairstow was torn a new one by sa with the short ball remember)
Stokes will happy hook
Mo is a walking wicket

Rest are bowlers so meh

Pace like fire and just bombard them

I think it's setting up nicely to be a good series I think on paper the sides are very close batting wise england are stuck on an opening bat and buttlers place whereas Aussies are stuck on number 3 and maxwell spot. Be very surprised if cartwright didn't make it in the side scored a brilliant 170 in last few days.  Bowling wise Englands have alot of choice but for me alot of the bowlers are a bit to similar and if we are gonna have Anderson, broad, woakes and stokes as seamers its very similar so they maybe opportunity for something different where as the Aussie attack is a bit different with left arm for starc and pace of Cummins but if England wanted to change it then could just put in there own version of Cummins in mark wood which I can see getting back into the side quickly if he stays fit. One thing that may be key is the Aussie bowlers compared to English seem to have more fitness issues and I can't see all of them being fit one or two of them usually break down a couple of months before the ashes if they don't they we will see a belter of a series. I also think o'keefe would be more of a threat than Lyon and I think he gives more control to the team.

116 wickets at an average of 24 and economy rate of 2.8. An extremely accurate bowler..... Are you serious?
Ok hadn't had a look at any stats, just whenever I've watched him nothing happens at all

Yeah , even as an aussie i get that feeling a lot ...but , yes, he's a very , very good bowler . He looks like he lacks penetration , but if you are as accurate and consistent as him you build pressure and take wickets .
