I can tell you the new warner is an awesome bat , lighter & beautifully balanced , mine is 2lb 12oz , 51mm.

So with reduced edges and size the weight should Considerably go down, guess I'll just wait for that as my next bat

2017 range 51mm edge?

Isn't it supposed to be within new regulations of 40mm?

100% illegal. At 2.8 its just too light for me so had only been used in 4 innings. I am playing around with the tape to see if i can get it up to a usable weight. The added benefit of adding weight to the edges is an increase in sweetspot size.
