My New Custom Ayrtek - Club Colours
« on: January 28, 2010, 04:37:48 PM »

Guys,

Decided i'd like a new helmet and liked the ayrtek ones, thought i'd go for it and bag myself a custom design one. My teams club colours are blue an yellow and i spoke to Tom and he was unbelievably helpful and helped choose a decent design and colour. Got some pics through from Tom of the colours and design now its been done. Its going to have my club badge and initials on it when its finished so should look brilliant

Considering where to put initials and ayrtek... maybe put ayrtek bottom left of helmet (according to picture 3) or just otherside, bottom left, on the bottom section around the helmet, what you think. And then initials either bottom right (according to pic 3) or above and to the right of two yellow stripes (picture two), on the helmet part not the bottom section.

Nick Nack glad you like it needs tidying up a bit yet as still a few bits of masking tape left on in the pics which make the lines look a bit wonky!

Colour wise Sam wanted the helmet colour to match his club hoody so took that into consideration when getting hold of the colours to match it.

Yeah :) gave tom my hoodie, which was wet as had just been washed at the time, and not only did tom match it perfectly, he also dried it out on radiator for me :D.

Tom, you never fail to tempt me.  I can just see the abuse crawling in though, not that i'm fussed.  Sometimes can put me of my game....
