Supernova 500 xtreme bat
« on: April 08, 2017, 02:29:29 PM »

Just saw a monster one of these in Tony Pryce Exeter for £220 - must have been 50mm edges easily and pickup felt pretty decent!

Is there much difference in size than this and some of the £600 warners??? Looks a steal to me!!

I think most of those Monster GN bats are comfortably over 3lb!
Definitely bats intended to be used for a good time rather than a long time

Every single one of the big Gray Nicholls bats I've seen were huge but picked up like absolute dogs.

If you're interested I'd go back and take your normal bat with you for comparison. Bats have this weird way of tricking you ;)

You obviously haven't waved around the numerous Kranzbuhler made Warners and 50+'s than I have in the last 6 months then.

I haven't picked up one that I could accurately guess the weight... These things are incredible

I was talking about the UK models mate, like the Extreme, Colossus etc that @Whispering Death was talking about. Not the Oz versions.

Being a bigger and heavier bat my thinking would it might play better than its grade 2 tag
