« on: April 27, 2017, 06:18:58 PM »

Have bought direct from as sports before...decent deal.

I fancy something a bit different so does anyone have any recommendations for a retailer to send to the uk

Would love to use a local guy but can't really afford it at the moment

I have used Crowncricketer & they are good. I have used Khelmart as well but only for softs. Another one I recently came across is Izech but hav'nt used them so not too sure but they usually respond to (Presale) messages.

Wouldn't recommend Khelmart. Their site says one can return goods within 7 days but even if they send incorrect item, they will never reply on your return request. If you get the correct item first time, maybe it is ok, but if you receive an incorrect item or an item that you dont like/isnt as expected, then you are on your own.

If you residing outside India, then i would recommend staying with crown cricketer or izech online. These two guys are very good and accept returns as well, as long as the product is unused. My third option would be cricketershop. They are relatively smaller store compared to the above two but their service is very good. All these guys use DHL or FedEx for shipping and the product arrives in 3-5 business days.

Cricketershop prices are too high/highest among almost all Indian retailers. A quick check of the Gladiator shows INR 32000 while most other places it is around  INR 21-22000. That's quite a big difference..

If anyone is selling SS Gladiatar at 21000 INR i.e 326 USD - its practically a killer deal and will not last long! Having seen prices of this specific bat i would say 400 to 450 USD as the decent price range. Cricketershop is slightly on the expensive side but they are reliable in terms of service.

OLS has the gladiator for 285 GBP which translates to about INR 23k, this is around the price most stores seem to list it at..I dont think the one cricketershop has is any more special than this or the one at Khelmart/other retailers etc..This is just an example, a comparison of any other bat too has big price difference, so don't think all bats coming from cricketershop are special either compared to same ones at other retailers.. Just commenting on the prices part, not sure about their service though..
