Not sure if you watched GCCC review on the Atomic but it's not the shape will change slightly.

Bugger those dang beaurocrats and their 'wa, wa, wa , bats are too big , wa, wa, wa' bologna ! This Velocity would have been a nice addition to next seasons range .

I messaged the owner of the bat, who also owns a XP80. He says the XL 1500 toe is thicker that the XP 80 1500 he owns. Outside of this he says it is the same shape.
I think the edges are slightly smaller overall and that wood is now in the toe. That said if you own a XP80 I would not trade up to this.
As already stated the shape may change and is not due for official release until July.

No doubt the next pic is the money shot for some of you. Bat weight is 2.8 60 mm spine 24mm toe

looks like the A is stamped in rather than a sticker, they will have an aussie made sticker on top of handle as well. No not necessarily made by Stu.
