It does make me laugh to hear people worrying about an 18mm toe. Balls haven't got any harder, and yet bats from years back had slim toes (15mm in some cases) and didn't suffer particularly. As long as the toe is shaped properly, it's really not something to worry about overly.

I'm not an expert but we do have the odd complaint of the oppo using rocks and aren't bats drier so then more likely to crack?

Also don't forget the mallets getting harder making knocking in more tricky.

Just got photos to share. Bats are a 1000km from me. People lots of photos with me these days. Predator is special orders only atm im told. General info on the bats is already in the thread that others have provided.
