I have a similar problem with the Masuri helmet and grill. What are we? Ogres?

I am wondering if it is worth purchasing this ti-grille.

Like the way you slipped in a couple of 12 vent lids in the back ;)

Will the whole squad be using these or is it personal preference?

Just 12 vent will usually keep the batsman cooler

I have the same issue Roco, It is very close to the old chin, How much extra room did the ti grille give you?

the current grille gives alot more room and would even fit jimmy hills chin in

yeh tends to be down to player preference, few lads like the more curved version others like the style thats issued with the helmet....at least you all have the option to fit whatever u like

Cheers dave love you too ha

But he is right my chin was touching the grille due to the big head so needed a bigger grille
Have now tried on the Ayrtek with the standard grill and am having the same problem - the grill doesn't cover my chin, more sits on the front of my face. I too have a large head.... Will try with the masuri grill, then see whether I need to get an Albion...
