Yeah, they make the UK pro bats for Adidas and for a fair few of the other Warwickshire players.

Not entirely true that statement at all they do not make all the uk pro bats for addidas at all.

I personally know of two companies that do as well

hawk make every bat to order, nothing off the shelf

there are a range of different profiles available in part made clefts and a range of different quality willow

you decide on the profile/shape and the  quality of willow and tap up as many clefts as you like until you find the one you want them to make into your bat

its a great experience and they make great bats

the only actual finished bats in there workshop were pro bats waiting to go out

I have one in for repair at the moment, will get some photos up later. I heard a rumour that they are pressed a little harder than most, so take a little more time to open up. Never used one but the one I have here looks and feels like a decent stick.

Lad in our 2s has a lower grade model and it goes very well when he manages to hit one.

Is Hawk anything to do with what used to be Baronet bats?

Yes, Bernie went to work there. Only Hawk I've seen had been pressed to within an inch of its life (similar to how Baronets used to be)
