The atomics & predators will fly off the shelves 2lb 7oz to 2lb 9oz , & yes some have over 40mm edges & 20mm+ toes , velocity has the regulation edge size.

Photos are same shape as the 1500 so interested to see if his shape has changed.

I think you might need to see someone about this toe obsession.

A decent bat maker, and they are very hard to find these days.

Not all GN bats are made equal though. I've had 4 Vortex bats pass through my hands; 3x 5 Star and 1x LE. They were all stamped on each shoulder which I'm told means Indian made. The 5 Star bats were very hard pressed but were still going from the off. The LE wasn't as hard, still went very well and had better balance. What I'm trying to say is thankfully there was a noticeable difference between the grades.

No complaints againt my GNs , But I only use one of them -  weak toe but launches balls like an over-caffeinated monkey off a trampoline!

Have any of the toes actually broken on any of your GN's?

Mine is just a observation, the ping is still good but just doesn't feel as soft as some other bats.
And with brand new ball with a pronounced seam it doesn't seem to be making any dents.
