Clubs Beers - a novel club fundraiser.
« on: July 12, 2017, 11:38:22 AM »

When not buying bats or looking at other people's bats on here I do a fair bit of homebrewing. I normally only do labels if I do a batch for a party or special occasion but did a few for an upcoming club event/fundraiser.

What do you reckon?

P.S the lad in the photo hates this pic, and would happily pay a 4 figure sum for it never to have been taken. We of course, as sympathetic and understanding teammates, have used it everywhere from T shirts to Beers.

They won't catch us this time! Not this time! They haven't spotted us! No, they're all snoring in their bunks! Or, you know what? They're drinking at the bar, celebrating our sinking! Not yet, my friends. Not yet!

Love this, that's a cracking idea! Label looks great too.

So much so, would you be offended if I 'borrowed' the idea for our own club? :D

Not at all, just struck me as good fun and, with beer prices here, a good fundraiser.

Reckon it costs about £1.50 per 500ml bottle for me to brew them, average bottle in the supermarket is about 4-5, so we can sell them at £5-6 a go and make a handsome profit, easiest fundraiser ever.

If you don't have a homebrewer at the club just get down to Lidl's, find which beers have water soluble glue holding the labels on and you're sorted.
