I saw one at GCCC the other day at 2.12. Nice bat but not worth anywhere near $1500!

Absolutely bonkers.
made by im assuming a mystery indian 'master batmaker'
(not that Indian batmakers are any better or worse but when you pay this money, you should know who made the bat and they should be world renound imo)
They don't fit within new regulations, and surely for $1.5k they could throw in a bat cover?

When you consider what $1500 gets you from other brands..

.A Kranzbuhler made Aussie legend (or velocity xl 2000) + legend pads and gloves.
.x2 predator3 800's, top pads and gloves, and then top keeping gear or kit bag
.NB LE + top pads and gloves
.GM LE + top pads and gloves

Ive found that Kookaburra constantly have the worst grading and relative prices of all brands.. $500 for grade 3 generic shaped average joe indian made bats. Some serious removing of heads from behinds needs to happen within the company I think.

Agreed, disgusting the way they try to milk their prices through brand power.

Trying to squeeze as much moolah as they possibly can with exaggerated advertising in their product descriptions.

Equipped with a flat face, an oval handle, awe inspiring profile and evolutionary graphics the KAHUNA is set to push batsmen up to a whole new level.

Also nice price of $1260 to match the NB TC 1260... and $1080 to match the DC1080

$1 dollar for every number in the brand name lol....

Comes with terribly Microsoft word font printed on the back with cheap fade away effects, while copying MRF cheap bats colour scheme:

I can't see them moving and I have to sell them, far too much for an Indian made bat in heavy weights, they are very responsive but crazy prices.

so they are definitely Indian made?, I was thinking that perhaps Aussie even though that would still be hard to justify that price.
Skip are you guys push into stocking that model?, seems unfair on you if you have to make that kind of outlay with a very slim chance of a sale

Looks similar to current UK Obscene model which cost a fraction of this aussie model  Usman Khawaj Pro edition.

No I wouldn't say pushed and we only got a few, ours aren't quite the price of other places either. The weight limits these bats to a small market, through the week I sold 2 GM players bats at $1200 each but both weighed 2lb10oz and picked up much lighter, we don't sell many high end bats past that weight. It's very hard to justify these kookas as $500 better than 50+ bats were.
