Hi Guys,

We (Sport Mulgrave) are holding our annual Charity Dinner & Auction at Raithwaite Hall on Saturday 18th November.

We are based in the village of Lythe, 4 miles north of Whitby, North Yorkshire & offer Football, Cricket & Bowls for any members of the local community with ages ranging from 5 - 85 years old!

Although I don't particularly like going on the " scrounge ", i'm sure that many of you on here will appreciate the importance of events like this in order to keep small clubs afloat.

We are looking for lots for our auction & prizes for our raffle.

If any of the forum sponsors, or people on here who are linked with a brand feel they could help us in any way, however big or small it would be greatly appreciated.  Feel free to PM me.

There will be 150-200 people attending, many who play cricket or have children who play so it may be a good way to get some positive exposure for your brand.

Have you contacted local businesses and restaurants etc? I did this just recently for our dinner and got a fair few responses and prizes which was good. only took an email/phone call, worst they can say is no
