Ashes 2017 Non TV coverage
« on: October 31, 2017, 01:00:27 PM »

Being totally clueless on things like Facelift and The 'Twattosphere' I wondered if there is any coverage of the England players preparation, practice or general info out there for keen fans to follow?

I used to love the players tour diaries and behind the scenes photos / footage etc.

Are any of the players YouTubers, or heavy tweeters in instagrammers and all that jazz?

Most are tweeting fairly regularly the ecb is quite good in most platforms, most players in i stagram post regularly

Nothing will beat swannys diary from 2010/11 though

Oh man Swanny's Diary's were the second greatest thing to happen on that tour, only narrowly beaten by us winning down under.

Defiantly revisiting swannys diary on you tube, the series already looks a bit dull to me.

But not to stray too far from cat's post, the ecb has a good website and clips of lots of stuff on Facebook.

Tell me your on Facebook? No....holy moly  :o

Am I missing something?
I can't find Ashes highlights on terrestrial or Sky.

Is it just snippets on Facebook?

Thanks, Guys.

I couldn't access the Cricket Australia highlights, but the BT Sport highlights are a very welcome lifeline to what is an absorbing match.
