Take a look around the shoulders and the vee roll the grip up check the top of the shoulders for cracks  shake the handle is it loose or  to tight  in the vee check the handle inserts are glued  check that the binding is tight there are a few solutions but as  bat is new I should if possible get an exchange

Often it’s just a case of playing the bat in.

Try putting the toe of the bat on the floor with that handle in an elevated point, such as a step, and stand on it! Then bounce a few times to flex the handle*

May sound stupid but handles are very flexible and doing this a few times can be a good way to start breaking them in!

*If you're worries about breaking it just apply pressure with your foot. You'll be able to see it flexing

Bear in mind that there are a lot of fakes of this type of bat? I have seen plenty. Handling is one of the most important aspects in the manufacture of a cricket bat.

I think you just have to play it in for a bit

@Sanj Share some pictures of your bat. There are a lot of experts on the forum, who can spot a fake CA as well as give tips on the handle issue.

When do you feel the handle vibration? Are you tapping with a mallet or using the bat in nets? If you are feeling the vibration when the ball hits the toe then it might not be unusual.

I agree with this. Also, taking off the twine and putting on tennis rackets grip below the normal grip also helps.

The rubber and cane in the handle may not be glued together properly. If they can be separated easily that is probably your answer.
