Neon Serbian Willow Bats

Evening all,

As requested by a few of you, I will now be offering Serbian Willow bats for sale via CBF. As with the rest of the Neon bats, these are all made to order in the UK so can be crafted to either any of the 4 standard profiles, or to your own preference.

With regards to information on the willow itself, I have the following exert received from my supplier which I would like to share with you all:

"We have secured an ongoing supply of English Willow (Salix Alba) grown in Serbia. The main characteristic of this supply is a high density, narrow grain make up, which under season long exhaustive testing has proved to be not only durable but consistently delivering superb performance."

Players Grade - RRP: £325 - Inc Forum Discount: £276.25
Grade One - RRP: £260 - Inc Forum Discount: £221.00
Grade Two - RRP: £220 - Inc Forum Discount: £187.00
Grade Three - RRP: £185 - Inc Forum Discount: £157.25

All prices are excluding P&P, which is £5.95 extra for the UK (can be bundled up with other items of course!)

So high density would mean smaller overall bats that were heavier?

It depends entirely on the cleft, the bat sizes will be no different as a standard cleft is the same size regardless of density. As with any bat, the density varies wildly. What I’ve been told is that there is just a smaller supply of low density clefts compared to usual (I only put that line in to dispel the rumour that some companies are peddling that Serbian Willow is all Low Density - which it isn’t!).

You can basically expect a normal sized bat, just a bit cheaper :) Just don’t be expecting a 55mm edged monster at 2.9 haha
