Pretty sure I called a lack of meaningful action at the time on this thread 🙈

Everyone will forget within a few days just like people are letting stokes off beating the crap out of someone and hales for kicking someone in the head (which is never acceptable).

Faf has been caught TWICE. The ICC regulations are not that strict when it comes to tampering.

I'm actually quite glad that they were not too hard on Bancroft - he was very much the poor stooge in this. I wonder to what extent the ICC also recognised that if they made him unavailable for the fourth test they were in effect a) giving CA the opportunity to make him the sacrificial lamb and b) probably ending his test career in the process.

I�m sure there are others who just haven�t been caught or at least pulled up.

The game is at a point where it needs to decide if it�s time to clean up or give up and continue down the road it�s on. Sadly, I suspect nothing will change as a lot of the above are still playing or making big money so people simply don�t care about cheating.

Unfortunately true...

I think 100% they have been using Warner to do this with his strapping on his hand and since the complaint from SA Australia had to try something new to get the same effect.
