That is a tough one.. a little biased here...

James at JEDi is local to me and from the legendary ACE bats, learned from Alf... great guy and great value...

Not used B3, but being ex GM and people on here rate them highly...

Won't go wrong with either to be honest... see who is more local to you and see if you can get there in person?

James is a really nice guy and would give you a selection of clefts to pick from. Also makes a a few bats for other companies.

B3 I'm yet to decide as mine is going back for manufacturing damage.. but lots of people rave about them...so onto to then on that....

Personally contact Dave are XX Norfolk Cricket and tell him i told you to get one made.. Best bat I've ever had!

Don't have much experience with B3 though the ones I have tapped up have been good. What puts me off of them is the total lack of a bow in their bats.
I have a zaramax bought through 'The Cricket Boutique'. I had a choice of cleft and was kept well informed throughout the process. It was delivered bang on weight and with the correctly sized and shaped handle. It performs very well and offers excellent value for money.

My lad had a B3 and it was a belter... I've since had some JEDi's and value for money wise, performance, can't really go wrong. Both companies, despite being very different on a number of fronts, do care about the product and the customer. Tough call - buy one of each... this is CBF.

If you go through a retailer like TCB you might be able to get a Jedi Players grade for £150 which is a much higher grade than 1 stripe for the same price. If you care about looks I would go with Jedi

Yep - can't rate TCB highly enough. You almost get a bespoke service, choosing the cleft, etc.

Had two teammates with B3s and not been overly impressed with either, felt very hard when tapping up almost like some Lavers out of the wrapper. They were both a lower grade to be fair

B3 claim grade doesn't affect performance.
