This will pick up fine with a little counter balance...

According to a certain bat maker it picks up like 2.9 and all the pros love them 😉

Bet it's like swinging a lead pipe! Do you have to start playing your shot before the bowler release the ball?

Does it actually ping any different to a 2lbs 10 bat is the big question!  :D

not used it my self so hard to comment but i believe the more wood behind the ball the better i guess thats why the bat laws have come into the game

I have 2, 50mm H4L monsters and a 45mm red Ink. I find the middles are the same as any other bat, but the performance off centre is better, not massively but significantly.
The main advantage is that a leading edge feels like you've middled it.

Force = mass x acceleration.

So if the bat is 3.6 (roughly 1/3 heavier than a normal bat) so if you can swing the bat more that roughly 2/3rds of the speed of a 2.10 bat the answer should be yes.
On the basis I couldn't use a 3lbs bat for me it would be no...
