I will be speaking to the owner shortly - am slightly giddy.

Me too, this is the most exciting thing that's happened in the cricket world for years....! :D

Don't tell the Stig about these though. He has bullet proof thighs and would simply think you are a wuss!

Ok - first the marketing commentary...

these offer double the protection at less than the weight of the nearest cometitors - remfry or aero !!

thus the RR prices -

Outer TG£60
inner - £50
Chest - £50
arm - £40

plus other pads like wk or fielding leg guards
distributed through Owzat cricket - plus personal basis for larger orders

you can also have a bispoke order...

Finally they are theromoset so you can wrap them around your body and can go in the washing machine.

More information when I have it ;)

Don't tell the Stig about these though. He has bullet proof thighs and would simply think you are a wuss!
pah I have seen the stig's moves - he will try to half inch them!!

Remember seeing the website a while go, think someone put it up with the laser etching topic a while back ???

Stuff looks good though and being washable has to b a positive aspect to go with the protection

As read in the AOC magazine , The original intention was to create protection against 9mm projectile for undercover police and then evolved into cricket protection sans being bullet proof. The outer side is all velcro and the inner side has a sweat management materials. They are less than a centimetre thick and malleable.

I really like them, in particular the grey ones.

Can someone tell me if they would have slightly stiff composition?

I mean if you see the outer thigh guard here, it seems to be bending/shrinking

Or it is just picture/my eyes? Want it to be stiff like Remfry.

I think this has tempted few of us, few are considering buying them. I think it would be good if we collect our orders and then submit to them. Who knows they might give slight discount if there are couple pairs being ordered...

Also the inner one doesn't have a "buckle" like Remfrys so would they be able to stay in there place if you just strap around your thigh?

yes they are rigid, and you heat them and then fit them to your leg.

the straps are all velcro so you can have them fit them how you like.

there are hoops around the top of the inner pad.

they can be any colour you like.
