@Canners @JKLewis correct Essex and north of Chelmsford. Yeah we get to play Melford again this year, always plenty of runs scored at your place. Yet to play there though!

Nice pictures, guys!

When I visit England, can I play with your club? :)

We're always looking to fill our sides bud, especially during the school holidays! But it would need to be a Sunday I think as players have to be registered for Saturday league games.

Ah cool I have a mate that lives in dunmow and always says he fancies a game as he lives right near the ground.

I’ve just moved to Colchester, so will be joining a team round here

I don't know how to put this, but, I'm kind of a big deal.

No mate! You need to get out of Essex at the weekends! Come up to Suffolk for the nice grounds and hard tracks and excellent teas!  :)

@Canners he is more than welcome! As is anyone else. Indoor nets tonight if he fancies it?

Ah thanks, if I wasn’t currently dying with a chest infection I would be there. I have noticed the grounds around these parts north Essex/Suffolk do look lovely.

We have indoor nets at Bury St Edmunds, 6-8pm on Thursday 22nd and 29th. Then after Easter - weather permitting - we get to practice outdoors!  :) You'd be very welcome.

Chertsey CC - 'The Home of Cricket' - Surrey championship. Lovely, secluded ground near the middle of town.

In Surrey the roller is a serious business.

The bouncy castle for the kiddo's is a nice touch too. Is that there every home game or just some family days? Not a bad turn out!

I was thinking exactly the same. Lovely looking ground, and all cricket matches look great with a few spectators. It's funny, we re-did our bar over the winter to try and bring a few more people in, but I think a bouncy castle is an even better idea!

I play for Putney CC - here's a drone video of our ground https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2UhzGQUV88

My old club Panteg CC had a much nicer ground but was less well run. Putney is brilliantly run (by the members, for the members) which makes up for the less luxurious surroundings ;)
