player agencies

Anyone got any experience with player agencies as an amateur?
I'm looking to go overseas this coming winter, preferably New Zealand, but don't have much of an idea how to go about it!
Should add I've got ecb level 2 so have the coaching string to my bow, am doing coaching for the Dan Housego Cricket Academy over Easter.

Find an area that you wanna go, then look for clubs in that area. That’s how I did it when I went to Aus

No, play at Ansty. One of my old clubmates organised it.
