With the advice of the skipper he suggested filming my self to see how i play.. Had a good start initially in a few 40 club games but felt like my timing had completely left me in Saturdays league game.

Watching myself here i would say i look a little lazy/ not getting weight into the ball therefore no timing or power, trigger a little inconsistent sometimes its just across not back and across and at times a little late theres a little flick off my pads at around 3.05 that is what i would like to replicate/ and lastly occasionally don't stay side on enough end with the back hip coming round (Please bare in mind the bowling is very hit and miss it was a bit of a last minute Monday morning hit before a 2s game so mainly 2s bowling!)

You’re a good player Dave with a sold technique. Just stop hitting catches to short extra and you’ll be fine. It’s difficult timing early season when you come off of a true bouncing net onto some dodgy wickets.

@Davehugh , seems like you have good bat speed and good technique. From the camera angle, it is hard to see the problems you described earlier.

The bowling doesn't seem very challenging. :) Set yourself in front of some really good bowling, record it, and see how you fare.
