Well after seeing nothing but rave reviews about johns work I took the plunge and invested in a new stick. I was after something similar to a shape Brendon McCullum had used and what I received in return was just perfect ! I�ll now let my pictures do the talking!

Lovely bat especially for a Grade 2 (assuming X2 is G2) and those grains dead straight through the toe I would bet that turns out to be a stunning bat. Lovekly full shape as well

Yes x2 is g2. It should have been higher but downgraded due to the small pin knots on the edge. It�s a lovely bat and should score plenty

Fair price too. I'd be interested in this profile with a long blade and short handle. You got any absolute trampolines in stock red ink? Not fussed on looks or blemishes. Just want something that pings all over

That's the best looking G2 I have seen. Amazing bat John! And really like this branding. Hadn't seen it before.

Just have to say john�s skills are amazing, used the bat in a light net tonight and the pressing and ping is fantastic, couldn�t be any happier with my purchase

Thanks for the feedback guys. It was a nice cleft which would have graded higher if not for a few marks

Got plenty of stunning clefts in all grades if anyone else wants a copy of this or any other shape
