This winning the toss and sticking the opposition in has really backfired in the last two matches. Yesterday Pakistan got mullered and today Windies are wielding the long handle. Hetmyer just smashed a 25 ball fifty

Shakib is a staggeringly great player, one of the best all rounders the game will ever see

Yes, I picked up on that - surprised none of the commentary team made mention of it.  Look at his highlights and he was in the zone after almost every shot.
To be fair, the umpires have a lot to look at - need to be watching for no ball's, follow throughs and what the ball is doing up the other end all within half a second or so.
Umpiring footy I find a similar thing - watching the play, and the ball comes naturally, but it's the sneaky stuff that goes on behind the play that you really need to keep an eye on!

Dont see why 3rd umpires cant be keeping an eye on these type of things. They have nothing else to be doing unless called upon for a decision review

England back on today, Vince in for Roy.

wonder what Hales is thinking because he would def be playing with the injury to Roy.

Anyway, a convincing performance needed before we face the tougher teams, Banglas included in that  :)

Vince is crap. Fails every time. I’d rather have the village idiot Hales than Vince

James Vince.........again..........I dunno, its 20 or 30 and out

he has the talent im convinced of it, but for me it must be concentration under pressure

and yet he can get a double ton in County cricket
