This is exciting for neutrals as it's a must win game (more so for England due to New Zealand's net run rate) but this isn't good for my blood pressure...

Come on England!

Matt Henry must be loving only going at 4 an over. Used to seeing him looking at the stands to see what row the ball is in.

Skip Root, send in Morgan, stokes, buttler. If the 2nd opener is out send in root to rotate the strike but get the big guns in early

I think buttler should be ahead of Stokes but Root can control the game from 3 its perfect for his style ad the team

he should be 3 in the test side too but lets not get started on that  :)

Root can control the game but run rate has slowed  now how many overs do England want Buttler to bat

Run rate was 6.8 when Roy got out, now 6.46 and has been over 6 since Root came in. Not really a factor is it? Considering a new bat has come to the crease obviously I'd say this was more than acceptable.

the run rate usually slows in the middle overs.thats the pattern of many games. Yes we need the big hitting but we also need Root to get runs and stay in.

nothing slows the run rate more than wickets falling. We need 350 agreed today, its flat.

think its fair to say since JB went back to Grays he has found his form. Which proves beyond doubt your kit matters.

how many overs do England want Buttler to bat

Buttler promoted to no.4 with 19.5 overs left.
Buttler opens in the IPL, which is 20 overs per side

Coincidence?  ;)
