Good man, I always enjoy a net video! I think I'd just focus on improving your basics rather than getting into the technical nitty gritty, that should bring really noticeable improvements hopefully quite easily. Two things I think will make you much more consistent:
I'd focus on balance - your bat tap movement takes your head over to extra cover and at times you go that way during the delivery as well. If you can keep your head balanced between your shoulders and your weight always going down the pitch rather than towards cover you'll find everything gets better. Best way to work on that is setting up your stance in a nice balanced way, make sure you're balanced throughout, and then hold the pose after completing the shot.
On the off side in particular, wait for the ball. You're happy waiting when the ball's in your stronger areas on your pads, but when it's pitched up on the off side you're going into it way too early, if you can make the adjustment to play the ball later you'll find it much easier. 7:04 is a good example of what's going wrong - by the time the ball arrives your bat's a good 3 feet away from your body and your shoulders are almost facing sideways on. Keep your shape for longer and wait for the ball to come to you and you should be a lot more consistent.
